For Best Results;
Apply unto scalp daily and massage for 3-5 minutes.
As a hot oil treatment, heat oil in warm water and apply to freshly shampooed hair. Cover hair with a shower cap and warm towel for 10 minutes, rinse then condition. Repeat weekly or bi-weekly for softer less frizzy hair.
